Looking back at how I grew fast in my own career and observing how others grew also, I’ve come up with 4 tips on how to GROW in your career–in and out of pandemics or crises.
As you may have guessed, the four tips form an acrostic: GROW.
Give more than what is required. Go the extra mile.
Relate well with people. Don’t be that difficult person to work with. Be likeable.
Opportunities. Look for ways and opportunities to serve more.
Work hard. Work with ALL of your heart, soul, strength and mind. Work as if you’re working for the Lord.
